Washington State Developmental Disabilities 
Endowment Trust Fund  

In 1999, the Washington State Legislature passed a bill to establish the Developmental Disabilities Endowment Trust Fund.  The Life Opportunities Trust, as it's now called, is a public-private partnership that makes it possible for families to enhance the quality of life for their loved ones with a developmental disability, and for individuals with developmental disabilities to participate in their own financial future.

The Arc of Washington State has been selected as Trust Manager for the fund.  We provide information, enrollment assistance and the administration of individual trust accounts. 

For over sixty-five years, The Arc of Washington State has been a leader in the development of services and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages.  We are pleased be a partner in this opportunity to create a stable financial future for trust fund participants.
